1 Day Zanzibar Full day Excursion FAQs
Which route should you choose if you have never been to Zanzibar?
Pick Safari Blue + Nakupenda for peak water time, or Stone Town + Prison Island for culture with a sea breeze. If reefs call you, choose Mnemba.
Do you need to be a strong swimmer for reef days?
No. Boats carry vests, and guides choose easy entry points. If the sea feels choppy, we switch to sheltered sites or a land add-on.
What happens if tides or weather shift?
We adjust the order. You still enjoy a full day. For strong winds we favor forest or town first, then water later if conditions improve.
Can you run this as a private excursion?
Yes. All routes listed run privately by default. Tell us if you want a shared boat to lower costs on Mnemba or Safari Blue.
What should you wear and bring?
Light clothing, swimwear under your outfit if you plan water time, a hat, sunglasses, reef safe sunscreen, and sandals with grip. Bring a small dry bag for phones on boat days.
Can you add a sunset dhow at the end?
Yes. We extend your drop off and add a simple sunset sail if light and tides align. Tell us early so we reserve your spot.
Stay in Zanzibar, relax on sugar-white beaches, then fly to Serengeti or Nyerere for big cats, returning to sunset dhows and spice markets; you enjoy safari action with beach downtime with the experts.
