You focus on sightings and simple comforts. We time flights, vehicles, and meals so your short safari feels full. You meet your guide at the airstrip, take the game-viewing route to camp, and start building stories before lunch.
Day 1: Zanzibar flight to Serengeti, afternoon game drive
Your 2 Days in Serengeti starts with an early hotel pickup and short transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport. Check in for your scheduled flight to the Serengeti, typically via Arusha or direct based on the day’s routing. Land on a bush airstrip, meet your guide, and take a short drive to your safari camp with a game-viewing route en route. Settle in, enjoy lunch, then roll out for an afternoon game drive across the plains.
After the encounter with giraffe above the grass and your first lion tracks, you shall embark on a quiet evening by the fire. You listen for hyena calls, watch the sky turn purple, and let the bush settle your thoughts. Retire from the adventure and proceed for an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight as you await tomorrows exciting experiences.

Day 2: Dawn game drive, flight back to Zanzibar
Wake before sunrise for the best light. You follow fresh tracks, scan kopjes for lounging cats, and sit quietly as elephants fan dust in the low sun. Return for a late breakfast, check out, and take a short drive to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar, typically via Arusha. On arrival, meet our team for your hotel drop off or onward connection.
After the encounter with golden hours and a tidy handover at the airstrip, you shall embark on your return flight with two souvenirs. A memory of warm light on a lion’s mane and a little dust on your shoes. Both tell the story better than any postcard.
How much time do you spend on game drives in two days?
You enjoy one full afternoon drive on Day 1 and a dawn to midmorning session on Day 2. Light aircraft schedules protect these prime windows.
Which Serengeti area do you use?
We choose Central or the seasonal zone that offers the best sightings for your dates. We keep transfers short so you spend more time in the field.

Soft bags only, usually 15 to 20 kilograms including hand luggage. We share exact limits with your ticket. You can store extra items in Zanzibar.
Is this private or shared?
Your safari vehicle and guide are private. Flights operate on set schedules shared with other passengers.
Can you tailor meals or celebrate something special?
Yes. Tell us dietary needs or occasions. Camps arrange thoughtful touches, from a small cake to a private sundowner, within park rules.
What should you pack for two days?
Neutral layers, a warm fleece for cool mornings, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, comfortable shoes, a soft sided bag, and your camera with a spare battery. Keep it light for the bush flight.
